Course Aims

This half-day workshop is designed to familiarise delegates with common problems that arise in the workplace, and solutions to them.  Through group discussion and questions directed to the instructor, delegates will also be able to consider improvements that will help them in their own working lives.

At the end of this workshop, delegates will be able to:
 -  Understand common sources of poor time management
 -  Recognise and solve problems in their own workplace
 -  Understand how to set and achieve goals
 -  Take control of things that would derail productivity
