Course Aims

This intensive half-day workshop has been designed to give delegates the appropriate tools to assert themselves in a wide range of situations at work.

By the end of this workshop, delegates will be able to:
 -  Recognise passive, assertive and aggressive  behaviour
 -  Do and say the right things for an assertive approach
 -  Use a Three Step approach to assertiveness
 -  Be more confident and assertive in the workplace

Anyone who wants to develop more productive working relationships with colleagues, managers/staff and clients, in a positive way that makes life easier for everybody.

Workbook and Reference Guide

The delegate workbook forms the basis for discussion and note taking during the workshop, but it also includes explanations that are intended to enable its use as a reference guide afterwards.
